Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "User", "you") and InfraHost Australia ("InfraHost", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing infrahost.com.au, registering an account on our Client Portal at myinfra.com.au, or purchasing web hosting, Discord bot hosting, bare-metal server infrastructure, or domain names, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Infrastructure & Physical Hardware Ownership

InfraHost provides enterprise-grade cloud hosting and infrastructure services hosted locally in Sydney, Australia.

A. Owned Bare-Metal Hardware

Unlike virtual server resellers, InfraHost directly owns its bare-metal Dell PowerEdge server hardware housed within primary Sydney datacenter facilities. We maintain physical control over host node configurations, NVMe storage arrays, and memory allocations.

B. FortiGate DDoS Protection

All host traffic is monitored and filtered 24/7 by hardware-level FortiGate inline firewalls. While our DDoS protection automatically mitigates standard volumetric and protocol attacks, InfraHost does not guarantee 100% immunity against unprecedented or novel attack vectors beyond reasonable mitigation thresholds.

C. Maintenance & Engineering Support

• Monthly Maintenance: InfraHost conducts scheduled monthly updates and security patches during off-peak windows. Clients will receive advance email notification for scheduled disruptions impacting core nodes.
• On-Site Engineers: On-site datacenter engineers are present to handle urgent facility, rack, or physical hardware matters immediately.

3. Official Discord Bots & Support Interaction

For community safety, InfraHost authorizes only three official Discord applications:

• InfraHost Australia#4244 (ID: 1554115320770465823) — Official Community & Verification Engine
• InfraHost Ticketing#6326 (ID: 1558950327439327324) — Support Ticket & Inquiry Management
• InfraHost Internal#1657 (ID: 1558952037700472872) — Internal Staff Audit & Compliance Monitoring

Support tickets opened via InfraHost Ticketing#6326 offer optional account verification. Clients who decline account consent will be served as guest users without accessing stored profile data.

4. Domain Registration Terms (Synergy Wholesale)

All domain name lookup requests, registrations, transfers, and renewals executed through InfraHost or myinfra.com.au are processed directly via our Synergy Wholesale API integration.

• Pricing Structure: Domain registrations across all allowed Top-Level Domains (TLDs) are supplied at standard full wholesale rates based on the specific extension selected.
• Australian (.au) Extensions: Registrations under the .au, .com.au, or .net.au namespaces must comply with eligibility criteria established by auDA (.au Domain Administration), including supplying a valid ABN/ACN where required.

5. Billing, Payment & Consumer Guarantees

A. Payment Processing

All billing transactions, invoice generation, and recurring subscription payments are managed securely on our Client Portal at myinfra.com.au. Payments are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

B. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

InfraHost targets a 99.9% Network Uptime Guarantee across our Sydney host nodes. Exclusions include planned monthly maintenance, client-side script errors, AUP suspensions, or upstream carrier fiber cuts beyond our Sydney routing border.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia.
