Domain Registration Agreement

1. Introduction & Agreement Scope

This Domain Registration Agreement ("Agreement") governs the purchase, transfer, renewal, and management of domain names registered through InfraHost Australia ("InfraHost", "we", "us") or our Client Portal at myinfra.com.au.

By submitting a domain name registration, transfer request, or renewal through InfraHost, you ("Registrant", "Client", "you") acknowledge that domain services are fulfilled directly via our Synergy Wholesale API partner account, subject to mandatory upstream registry requirements.

2. Australian Domains (.au Administration Rules)

Registrations under the .au namespace (including .au, .com.au, .net.au, and .org.au) are regulated by auDA (.au Domain Administration Ltd). By registering an Australian domain name, you agree to comply with all official auDA mandatory policies:

A. Australian Eligibility Requirements

• Australian Presence Test: You warrant that you meet the Australian Presence requirement under auDA rules (holding an active ABN, ACN, Australian Trademark, or statutory business entity registration).
• Exact/Substantial Match: The chosen domain name must have a direct connection to your corporate name, business name, or registered trademark.
• Verification Audits: auDA or Synergy Wholesale may conduct automated or manual eligibility audits. Failure to provide valid ABN/ACN credentials upon request will result in domain suspension or cancellation by the registry under auDA rules.

3. Global Top-Level Domains (gTLDs & ICANN)

Registrations for generic Top-Level Domains (such as .com, .net, .org, and new gTLDs) are governed by ICANN and Synergy Wholesale terms:

• WHOIS Accuracy: You must supply accurate contact information. Providing false WHOIS data is grounds for domain cancellation under ICANN mandates.
• Verification Emails: Following a new gTLD registration, ICANN requires response to an automated email verification link within 15 calendar days. Unverified domain contact handles will be placed on ClientHold status.

4. Domain Pricing, Fees & Non-Refundability

A. Standard Full Wholesale Pricing

Domain name registrations, transfers, and annual renewals across all allowed extension types are offered at standard full price depending on the specific extension selected. Current domain rates are displayed prior to order confirmation on myinfra.com.au.

B. Non-Refundable Registrations

In accordance with registry rules and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), domain registration and transfer fees are instantly submitted to upstream registry operators upon payment. Once an order is processed via our Synergy Wholesale API, domain fees are 100% non-refundable and non-cancelable.

5. Domain Transfers & EPP/Auth Codes

You retain full ownership rights over your registered domain names subject to registry policy compliance. You may retrieve your EPP domain authorization transfer keys directly through our Client Portal dashboard at myinfra.com.au.
